Nature of the programme

This 3 year programme serves as a basis for further legal studies while introducing students to subjects outside of the field of law. It also serves as entry level for an Honnours degree in one of the elective modules

Outcome

BA (Law) will not enable the student to practise law, but will serve as basis for the postgraduate LLB (2 years) which is a prerequisite to practise as advocate or attorney.
