No user name / no password / forgotten password
If you are a student who has not registered for network/portal access, and therefore do not possess a user name and password OR if you have forgotten your password, send an e-mail to portalhelp@sun.ac.za
In your message please inform us of your name, UT number and which portal and/or service you wish to gain access to.

Students who have forgotten their network password can also go to www.sun.ac.za/useradm for password self-administration.
