This indicates that your password has been entered incorrectly OR that you have not synchronised your password for security systems recently. Please follow the synchronsation instructions provided below:
Go to www.sun.ac.za/useradm Click on Sign In. You will be prompted to log in - do so with your network user name and password. On the next page click on Password change at the top of the left-hand navigation column. Then choose and synchronise a brand new password. You have to choose a password that you HAVE NEVER USED BEFORE.
Please note that when you have completed the password synchronisation all your passwords (Outlook, Internet, Network) will be the same and changed to the new password you have just chosen.
Go to the web portal and try to log in with the new password you had just chosen. If you have completed the above procedure, and you still experience problems, report it here, whereafter an agent of Information Technology will contact you.Please remember to include your user name and the relevant error message in you report.
